Arrived in 4 weeks to Netherlands. The packet was traced and neatly. I could pick it up at the post office. The cushion has the correct size and looks exactly so out as on the pictures. It consists of soft comfy and warm material. The inner cushion can look like be taken off, so you get the outer cover can wash without affecting the pillow equal lose its shape. Our little dog there is very happy with it. Thanks to this great seller!
