The wheel is delivered on time and without damage. Color and size-as ordered. It is attached easily, it turns almost noiselessly. Diameter 19 itself-just right for the syrian hamster. I still have a chipmunk, maybe i’ll order him a bigger diameter.

The quality is excellent. The wheel is light and noiseless, but to mount on a regular cage you need to modify a little to fix well on thin bars of the cage (I used improvised trash-two steel plates 6 cm x 6 cm. It turned out firmly-after that, when rotating, the wheel does not hang out and where it does not rub).
