The toy is wonderful!!! My kittens are full of delight and play every day. Received an order in st. petersburg in 8 days. I thought for a long time how to do it-to open a dispute or not to do it. The quality of the toy is excellent, but the packaging is terrible. More precisely, the complete absence of packaging. The toy without any additional protection was simply put into a thin postal package. As a result, it has chips and dents. Very careless attitude to the good and expensive things!!! For this i reduce the rating for the service. I recommend the toy itself. And the seller should treat the goods more carefully.
